Our Co-Investment Community
The B.O.R.I.N.G. Investment Club is a private, invitation-only community of professional and sophisticated investors who participate alongside Archimax in equity gap co-investments on a deal-by-deal basis.

Members are under no obligation to invest in any opportunity. Each investment decision is made independently by each member, based on their own assessment and professional advice. There are no blind pools, no management fees, and no lock-ups. Members participate only in the transactions that fit their own mandate and risk profile.

Membership is by invitation only and is limited to individuals and entities who qualify as Certified High Net Worth Individuals or Certified Sophisticated Investors under the UK Financial Promotion Order. Membership enquiries are handled on a personal and confidential basis.

Structure and Approach
No Blind Pools
Every opportunity is presented individually. Members review the full details of each transaction and decide independently whether to participate. There is no commitment to invest in any deal.

Archimax co-invests in every transaction alongside club members. We participate on the same terms, ensuring our interests are genuinely aligned.
Structured Oversight
All investments are structured through standalone Luxembourg SPVs administered by a regulated platform partner. Members receive ongoing reporting and governance oversight throughout the investment lifecycle.
