Alexander is the Founder and CEO of Archimax Global Solutions, a private investment and advisory platform focused on Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) and SME buy-outs across the UK and Europe. Before founding Archimax, he co-founded Milltrust International, where he served as Group Managing Partner and Head of Investments, overseeing portfolios worth hundreds of millions of US dollars across venture capital, public markets, and private markets. Under his leadership, Milltrust managed and advised institutional capital on behalf of global pension funds, family offices, and sovereign institutions. Earlier, he founded Think Alternative Advisors, a boutique investment firm specialising in hedge-fund and manager-selection strategies, following senior investment roles at Santander Asset Management and Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management, where he managed multi-billion institutional portfolios across multi-manager and alternatives mandates. Alexander also sits on the Board of Milltrust International Investments SPC and continues to advise select family offices and entrepreneurs on strategy and governance. He holds a Master’s in Management from UC Louvain (Belgium) and is based in London.

He began his career with Accenture and FTI Consulting, advising large corporates on business transformation, operations, and growth strategy. He then founded and scaled two healthcare services businesses working with the NHS, both of which achieved successful exits to established industry players. After these exits, David founded DC1803 Ventures, investing in and advising early-stage companies in fintech, healthtech, and agtech, and later supported Novastone Partners, a leading European ETA platform, where he worked with acquisition entrepreneurs on capital raising, deal structuring, and operational scaling. He holds an MA (Hons) from The University of Edinburgh and professional qualifications from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).

Finance executive and investor with two decades of experience in leveraged finance, structured lending, and private equity. Éléonore advises Archimax Global Solutions and The B.O.R.I.N.G. Investment Club on origination, due diligence, and partnerships across SME acquisitions and Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) transactions in Europe. She was previously Executive Director and Head of Lending for France at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, where she structured bespoke financing solutions for UHNW clients, family offices, and institutional investors, covering asset-backed, real estate, and portfolio leverage facilities . Prior to that, she spent over 15 years in leveraged and acquisition finance at leading international banks including SMBC, Lloyds Banking Group and Société Générale, managing the origination and execution of LBOs for major private equity sponsors. Éléonore is also Co-Founder of SpottingView, a Paris-based consulting firm advising retailers on safety and security strategy, and a partner at Inovexus, supporting early-stage founders in growth and fundraising. She serves on the Supervisory Board of CoeurForest, a sustainable forest investment group committed to ecosystem preservation. She holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance and Financial Engineering from Université Paris Dauphine.
