Our team has spent over 25 years evaluating fund managers and private investments across hedge funds, venture capital, and private markets. We bring that same level of diligence to SME acquisitions by focusing on operational plans, not just investment memos.


Here’s what we look for:


↳ A clear acquisition thesis: why this business, why now

↳ Strategic levers: pricing, margin, customer expansion, new products

↳ Realistic 100-day plan: priorities, timelines, and expected outcomes

↳ Risk awareness: what could go wrong, and how they’ll handle it

↳ Resourcing: who is needed to execute, and when

↳ Integration or bolt-on logic (if roll-up strategy is involved)

↳ Alignment between strategy and buyer’s capabilities


We are not looking for generic blue-sky narratives or investor-friendly jargon.

We are looking for thoughtful, grounded plans that demonstrate commercial acumen and leadership maturity.
